REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Feather Baby accepts returns within 30 days of receipt and if the items are in new condition if they haven't been washed or worn, and if all tags are still on. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Likewise, if you paid full price for an item that later goes on sale, please don't ask us to credit you for the difference.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the store directly. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for items purchased from another store.

Gift orders purchased from our website are eligible for exchange only.

To get started, please email hello@featherbaby.com and include your order number or the email address you used to place your order. We'll answer you quickly, usually the same day but always within a day or two.

Sorry but cannot pay shipping costs or reimburse you for your shipping costs on any returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges must be prepaid. 

Please allow 1 week for Feather Baby to refund your credit card. You will receive credit for the amount you paid excluding shipping costs.
