Feather Baby accepts returns within 30 days of receipt if the items are in new condition, with the tags and packaging, and if they haven't been washed or worn. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Likewise, if you paid full price for an item that later goes on sale, please don't ask us to credit you for the difference.
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the store directly. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for items purchased from another store. This goes for gift orders too.
Gift orders purchased from our website are eligible for exchange only.

For your protection, please be sure to get a tracking number from your carrier. Feather Baby is not responsible for packages not received if you don't have a tracking number. Returns and exchanges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Please allow 2 weeks for Feather Baby to refund your credit card. You will receive a credit for the amount you paid excluding shipping costs.
